I am writing with respect to the excellent customer service that I received from Mr. Naresh Kumar Nair and Mr. Pratip Mukherjee at your Elegant Car Hire Division.

I have worked in customer services for many years and have trained for Champions Customer training at high street international stores in the UK. I have never ever been satisfied with the level of service in Oman until I entered Elegant Rent A Car. The level of service is second to none. Mr. Naresh Kumar Nair and Mr. Pratip Mukherjee always maintain that healthy smile and always go beyond the expectations of customer service. They have even worked on their day off and provided me with a level of comfort, which I recommend to my colleagues.

No matter what my situation has been the professionalism I have received in particular from Elegant is crystal quality and I would never Rent A Car from any other company no matter how competitive other companies may be.

I believe I am a very fussy person, but once I see excellence beyond expectations, I acknowledge it.

I believe that Mr. Naresh Kumar Nair and Mr. Pratip Mukherjee should be acknowledged for their commitment, hard work and dedication, which is very hard to come by in this day and age.

Found (Cost and quality car and service) Rent A Car "Elegant" which are really better then other companies.

After testing others, I am really happy with Elegant.

I guess we should have a deal with "Elegant"
