Rates
Car rentals are for minimum period of 24 hours. Extra hours would be charged one-fifth of the daily rate. Rates are inclusive of insurance and maintenance but exclude fuel charges.

Insurance
All vehicles have full comprehensive insurance (deductible as levied by insurance company).

Payment through Credit
An open and signed imprint of the credit card (for individual renters) will be taken as deposit at the start of the rental. At the end of the rental period, payment can be made by cash or credit card. If the renter incurs any traffic violation during the lease, fines would be charged to the credit card.

Accidents
In case of an accident or damage to the vehicle, please take note of the following:

Don’t move the vehicle until the police arrives.
Don’t accept any liability. Contact our office immediately for assistance and advice.
Obtain a copy of the police report for insurance and repairs. All claims are subject to the approval of the insurance company.

Mandatory Requirements
The driver / renter should be over 21 years old. Omani residents require a valid Omani driving license. All international licenses should be accompanied by a valid driver’s license from the issuing country.
